TVET
BGS started the Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) program realizing the needs of the unemployed youths of Bangladesh. It believed that skills training can be a reliable way of employment generation for the unemployed youths. The school dropped and jobless youths are treated as burden for families without any income. But BGS realized these unemployed youth can be source of income for their families if they were developed as skilled manpower. With this understanding BGS initiated the Technical and Vocational Education and Training Program in 1994.
